What are the conditions for renting motor vehicles?
At least 18 years old, a passport or ID card, and a driver’s license of the appropriate category.
Is motorcycle gear available?
The motorcycle rental price includes 2 helmets. When renting a jet ski, the price includes 2 life jackets. It is possible to rent motorcycle gear for an additional fee.
How much is the security deposit and when is it returned?
The security deposit for motor vehicles is from 200 EUR to 300 EUR per unit. The amount of the security deposit depends on the vehicle’s specifications. Security deposit for car rental – 140 EUR.
Is it allowed to drive outside the territory of Latvia?
Yes, with prior agreement with the rental representative.
Is OCTA and Kasko insurance available for the motorcycles?
The motor vehicles we offer have OCTA (third-party liability insurance).
How can I pay?
You can pay in cash, by bank card, or via bank transfer.
How long does it take to return the excess deposit?
If the security deposit was paid in cash, it is returned immediately after the rental period ends if no damage is found.
If the security deposit was made by card payment, the deposit is released within 14 days.
What is the daily mileage limit for motor vehicles?
For motorcycles up to 400km, for every next 100km – 10 EUR.
For ATVs up to 120km, for every next 10km – 5 EUR.
For cars up to 300 km, for every next 100km – 5 EUR.
Does the motorcycle have to be returned with a full tank?
Yes, the motorcycle is handed over and returned with a full tank; if it is returned with an incomplete tank, a fee of 2 EUR is applied for each missing liter.
Is there a place to park my car during the rental period?
Yes, we offer free parking in a territory specifically intended for customers.
What to do if you are involved in a traffic accident or the motorcycle has developed defects?
You must immediately report to the rental representative, who will provide further instructions on how to proceed.
Is it possible to extend the rental period?
It is possible to extend the moto rental period if the motorcycle is not already booked for the desired time, by informing the rental representative as soon as possible.
Is technical assistance provided when renting the equipment?
Yes, professional mechanic consultation is provided by phone. In cases where that is not enough, technical assistance is also provided at the location of the call.
