What are the requirements for renting a motorcycle?
At least 18 years old, a passport or ID card, and a valid driver's license of the appropriate category.
Is motorcycle gear available?
Two helmets are included in the motorcycle rental price. When renting a jet ski, two life jackets are included in the rental price. Motorcycle gear is available for rent at an additional cost.
How much is the security deposit?
The security deposit for motorcycles is between €200 and €300 per unit. The amount of the security deposit depends on the vehicle's specifications. Security deposit for car rental - €140.
Can I travel outside of Latvia?
Yes, with prior agreement from a rental representative.
Is OCTA and CASCO insurance available for the motorcycles?
Our motorcycles are covered by OCTA (third-party liability insurance).
How can I pay?
You can pay in cash, by bank card, or via bank transfer.
How long does it take to get the security deposit back?
If the security deposit was paid in cash, it is returned immediately at the end of the rental period if no damage is found.
If the security deposit was made by card, it will be released within 14 days.
What is the daily mileage limit for motorcycles?
Up to 400 km for motorcycles; for every additional 100 km - €10.
Up to 120 km for ATVs; for every additional 10 km – €5.
Up to 300 km for cars; for every additional 100 km – €5.
Does the motorcycle have to be returned with a full tank?
Yes, the motorcycle is provided and must be returned with a full tank. If it is returned with less than a full tank, a fee of €2 per missing liter will be charged.
Is there a place to park my car during the rental period?
Yes, you can park your car for free in a designated area for our customers.
What should I do in case of a traffic accident or if the motorcycle develops a defect?
You must immediately notify a rental representative, who will provide further instructions on how to proceed.
Is it possible to extend the rental period?
It is possible to extend the rental period if the motorcycle is not already booked for that time, provided you inform the rental representative as soon as possible.
Is technical assistance provided when renting equipment?
Yes, professional mechanical advice is available over the phone. If that is not enough, technical assistance is also provided on-site.
