Motorcycle Booking:

Motorcycles can be booked on the www.l-auto.lv website or by calling +371 26313333 for a specific date of your choice. If the motorcycle rental is planned within the next 48 hours, please make a reservation by phone or email to lmotoauto@gmail.com and please transfer 20 EUR to our account for each motorcycle unit. Company details can be found in the contacts section. It is advisable to provide your phone number, the date of your chosen day, and specify which motorcycle you wish to book. It is mandatory to send the information to the email, preferably including your phone number, the date of your chosen day, and specifying which motorcycle you wish to book. If the email is not sent, the reservation will not be made! L-Auto guarantees the specific motorcycle chosen by the client. If the motorcycle is unavailable, the client will be offered the option to choose a motorcycle of the corresponding class (but not a specific model).

Rental Fee:

The daily rental fee is calculated for 24 hours. The rental fee includes technical maintenance and compulsory civil liability insurance (OCTA). Fuel is not included in the rental price.

Rental Period:

The minimum rental period is 1 hour. Exceeding the rental period limit will incur a charge of 10 EUR for each hour of delay. If the rental period limit is exceeded by 4 hours, an additional fee for a full rental day will be applied.

Identification Documents:

The renter must present a passport or ID card and a driver’s license valid for at least 6 more months from the moment of presentation.

Additional Driver:

Other riders may also operate the rented motorcycle, provided this is specified in the rental agreement.

Payments:

Payments for motorcycle rental can be made in cash, by bank card, or by bank transfer before receiving the motorcycle.

The specified security deposit is collected from the renter no later than the start of the rental. The security deposit is 100 – 300 EUR

Motorcycle Delivery/Handover:

Motorcycle delivery and handover – by prior arrangement with Lērums SIA.

Motorcycle Rental Reservation Cancellation:

If the client wishes to cancel or change a rental reservation, this must be notified at least 72 hours before the scheduled reservation.

Money paid for the reservation is not refunded.

Motorcycle Usage:

A daily mileage limit of 100-450 km is set. An additional fee of 0.70 EUR will be charged for each kilometer exceeded.

Fuel:

Motorcycles are handed over to the client with a full fuel tank. The charge for refueling missing fuel after rental is set at 2 EUR for each missing liter.

Penalties:

The fee for losing motorcycle keys is 200 EUR.

All fines for administrative and traffic rule violations committed during the use of the motorcycle must be covered by the renter.

An additional administration fee of 20 EUR will be calculated for each fine, administrative, and traffic rule violation.

For returning a dirty motorcycle, the renter must pay starting from 7 EUR.
